"My friends you have done so much for me long ago, but i am afraid i must ask one more thing, my companions son has been shot can you help him" Zaine questioned firmly and rather sadly. the two wolves made a face but nodded "Aye we can help him, but its been so long since we pulled black stones from such a tiny body, and the masters not like she used to be" the first wolf frowned sadly as she gently took the pup. the second wolf turned to the cottage just behind them and said "We will do our best, wait here" Zaine nodded but as he sat and watched them turn to leave Fallen said "I'm not leaving him" her voice was one even Zaine wasnt sure of and it scared him. the other wolves stopped in their tracks and would have objected but Zaine gave a sudden growl and the two guided Zaine and Fallen into the dark house without a second hesitation. Zaine kept his eyes glued to his Alpha wondering how she would react to knowing that Zaine had worked alongside humans. However the alpha didnt seem to even notice instead her eyes were glued upon the tiny form struggling for life.

Aykit wandered to where she remembered separating from Venin. There were no signs of him around the area, not even his scent. Benjamin tagged along behind her, sniffing around as well as her for a hint to where Venin may have taken off to. Paw prints in the snow on the ground that led to a clearing were all they had to find their friend. "Let's hope for the best." Aykit sighed wearily as she made her way through the forest, with Benny at her side.

Seti sat perched upon a rather large boulder licking the blood that he knew was not his. In some small way he felt sorry for what he did but at the same time anger consumed him and he felt empty inside. Turning he lept from the boulder noticing a sudden familiar smell that caused his lips to turn in a sinister sneer. Aykit was nearby.

the silence of the forest caused the wolf to stop for a moment lost in thought. he had ran for quite some time so it bothered him that as fast as he tried to run he had yet to reach that mysterious feeling in his heart that lead him to the rather eerie hillside where a battle had been fought. he sniffed the air for a moment taking in the scents of other wolves before turning and heading up the hill once again running in the direction he felt they had left in.

Nyghtmare paced back and forth, he was excited with his new dens but he wasnt happy. those wolves he sought killed still lived somewhere and he couldnt rest till even their bones were gone. turning to blood-moon he gave her a smile "I entrust you to find that pack alpha, bring her to me ALIVE"

Ember felt the warmth of watching the pack eat, even Skye had mannaged some. Ash and Rose had made a good sized kill, and mannaged to drag it back to the pack, though unfortinatly, the head strong wolf who had intruged earlier had come back in surch of star. his name escaped ember, but it wasnt long untill he war reminded again, his followers, brother he persumed, they were both gray with green backs. they were called Rock and Boulder, though rock was sometimes called thug. Spike, the big blue wolf, seemed to be ther leader.

at that moment, Star Shadow and the injered wolf entered the clearing. Shadow lay her down, as snow bounded up to her, checking her wounds and giving her a mixture of herbs and berries. Spike started towrards Star again, but she turned tail and headed over to where shadow lay, head held high, Spike growled, and lay in the snow near rock and boulder.

Ember sighed, with so many injered, and week, it would be impossible to start the journy yet. time was not something they had to spare, and staying in the same place too long made tham an east target for another shadow wolf attack.

Blood-moon slunck slyly through the snow. she was thrilled that she was beeing trusted with a mission so important, but why Nyghtmare wanted her alive, or why Sly had to come too. maybe Nyghtmare wanted the glory of distroying the wolf he loathed so mutch. she stopped, the sent of bear was strong in the air, but another sent was there too, her targets. a small group of skilled Shadows followed her, they were expert assasins, and even better at capturing. as she crept unoticed towards the pack, she feld a ripple of fury crawl up her spine. the Alpha was missing. sly sniggered, rejosing in the idea that she would fail. but something had caught The darck She wolfs blood red eyes. 'Traitor' she hissed. 'but you found me my cristal. Sly, change of plan, your task, is to get that blue and white wolf out in the open, away from the others, especialy thet black and red male she is with.'
'what! why me!' Sly hissed, 'ill get shredded!'
'no you wont! pluss you are not a shaddow wolf, it would be worse if one of us went in. you can get her to come out with out beeing seen. i dont care how,just do it!' with that she and the 8 wolves behind her left in ready to ambush.
Sly crept roung the wolves, kiping his sent in the winds blowing in the opposite direction. 'wolf!' he hissed from the shrubs neer Stars ear. Star rased her head, shadow slept deeply.
'blue wolf, come here. i need your help! my familys in grave danger please come!'
Star, unable to stand the pleading, folowed the voice to a darck clearing. something hard landed on her back, she snarled and through it off, another landed and a second soon after she flashed round and bit one hard on the leg, another weight rammed her side, unballesing her, and anothe rammed causing her to fall heavilyin the snow on her side. winded, but still fighting, she lashed out and scoured another on the flank, but than they all advanceed at once, she felt four crushing weights lay on her, holging her doen, while others nipped at her, keeping from struggeling, she snarled in fustration. but, she noticed, from out the darckness, two red eyes cleamed at her in the darckness, aroung its kneck was her fanther cristal. 'you!...' but befor she could finnesh, Bolld moon crushed her faw paw hard on to Stars head, draeing all her strenght from the cristal. se sniggered. 'weekling...' she muttered, but infact,it wasnt one wolf on her back, it was 4, all pinning down the one wolf, and still her struggle had been strong.
'carry her back, it may not be the Alpha, but she is bait, but not only for the Alpha, but that traitor too, pluss, she has something i want, and I and I alone need to kill her to get it, though i cant untill she needs to be alive for this trap to work,sohowever tepting it may be, try not to kill the mut.
whe they returned, Star was dumped into the cell-cave furthest in to the deep maze of caves. it was garded by the strongest of the shadows. blood-moon went to give the news of the Alphas absence and the capture of bait for her and the traitor, and hoped he would not be too angery.

When star came round, the only thing that she could think of was Shadow. then the pain in her head came back, and the hard floor of the dark cave hit her like a wall. this was shadow wolf land, and that wolf had destroyed her pack.
there was a sudden movement from the side of the cave, and a strange wolf, who looked kinda like a human slave dog, walked over to her, 'azre you ok?' it asked in a gentle voice.
' im ok, i guess. um, where are we.'
'we are in the heart of the shadow wolf camp, the high sucurity cell. im Steffy by the way, and befor you ask about the tail,' her tail curved to rest on her back, like the human slave dogs in this part did. 'i'm half husky, yes, but half wolf too. i had hurd rumors in the human place from travaling dogs, that there were dark evil wolves lurcking about, but also a savior pack of legends is supposed to arise about now, but thats part is puppy tails they said. i never expected them to come to the human place though, they came after my brotheres and me.one was black and red, the other was white and black, they said that we were inpure,a digrase to wolves,they said that Coal, the black and red brother, was exgused because, but that dingo and me must die. the killed dingo befor our eyes,and told Coal, that if i was to live, that he was to come and train the shadows of the ways of twolegges or i would die. he agreed to save me, but i was dragged off here, so that he would be forced to stay here untill he dies, or i die. im sorry, i tend to talk too mutch, tell me about you', but at that momet a black and red wolf, the same time, two wolved entered the cave, one was blood moon, the othere was new to Star, dut she had a horrible fealing that it was Nyghtmare. bloog-moon spoke to him, 'the blue one, she is the bait. she will get you the Alpha, i will get my cristal when she is on no more use to us, but we will also get that tratior of a realy powerful fighter back too, i belive he was nammed shadow because of the pale gray leg markings he had, we gave him that name to remind him of his heratige, they have darkened to an almost balck now though, and he seems verry fond of princess over there.'
'no...' star gasped, Fallen, and Shadow too, how could she have been this stupid. the big Male wolfs eyes burned holes into her mind. Star had put everyone in grave danger.

Zaine watched sadly, his ears soo flat against his head it seemed as though he had no ears at all. His heart pounded with each moment and he couldnt help but sniff sadly fighting the sorrow he was feeling. he knew Fallen couldnt be feeling any better but as he watched her he noticed her sudden anxioty grow, not for the pup but for her pack, her other family she rarely left. she knew something was terrably wrong and she had to find them but her heart refused to let her leave the pups side. Zaine turned to the pup then to Fallen and said "Go to them" this caught fallen off guard as she turned to the wolf beside her perplexed. "I'll watch over Easel, find the others, as long as i still breath no harm will come to the pup" he stated firmly as he turned to easel. Fallen was hesitant but she knew she could trust him. nuzzling easle once more she turned and darted out of the house and out into the forest, her legs carring her faster than any wolf as she let out a dangerously loud, roar-like howl that echoed deep into the hills and forest. The howl was her warning to anything or anyone, who dared cross her pack in her absence, that she was coming for them. She ran on with a new anger in her heart. she had to end this growing shadow once and for all.

The scents were growing stronger, to the point where the wolves' strong noses were unable to separate the mixed senses. When it came to a point where Aykit was sure she couldn't take the sadness and suspense she was dealing with, both she and Benny spotted him. Venin lay in the red-splattered snow, his fur ripped and matted with his own blood. Aykit's jaw hung open in pure shock as tears began to slip down her cheeks in hot pursuit of falling to the ground. "Venin!" She gasped, rushing to him. Benjamin followed in sort, sniffing him over and checking his wounds as Aykit sobbed and nuzzled against his head. She now had his blood on the side of her face, but that didn't matter to her. "He needs help." Benny spoke smoothly, in an apathetic tone. With that, Aykit let out a. air-shattering howl of desperate calling to any of the other wolves in the pack. Her tears drenched her face as she wailed for someone, anyone to help her dearest friend.
