Here is Arien. not sure what she happens to be except the only thing i do know is that she looks like a wolf even though she really isnt. her fur is like fiberglass and her fangs as well as her claws are like knives. she has only 3 toes and two different colored glowing eyes. shes supposed to be mangy looking but yea. her tail is also supposed to look like it was resown on with a different piece.
the drawing is a mix of both digital and hand drawing and its actually not that bad :}
Hey, I caught this in the critiqueable section so I'll try to help you as best I can. (:
I think this has all the basics of a good character sheet - the character is standing in a neutral pose that also shows their personality, the markings are easy to see and you've included a colour palette. you could have done a bit more such as include some close-up detail shots of key things e.g. paws, face - try a few headshots with different expressions, the more distinct markings etc., this gives the viewer a more in-depth look at the character, and it's especially good for people who want to draw them!
As for the picture itself, there's not much I can critique since the whole idea of character sheets are to keep it simple - no background, shading, composition, mood required! I can say that the peachy colour used for the undercoat and tail clash a little with the main brown - you could try desaturating it, or maybe using a lighter, less saturated yellowish shade? those are just suggestions but when it's your design it's really up to you. I do like the tribal-like markings, and how they are all one colour! one thing that irritates me about designs these days is that too many colours are used, but this one's good - there's just a few consistent ones.
One more thing I can give you pointers on is anatomy. while mostly I would say it's okay and it's clear to see this is a canine, there's still lots to improve on! the body is a little short and shouldn't dip down then back up again, for an example look at this (don't worry, it's just a picture!): [link] alsooo the back leg joints aren't quite right - all the joints should basically be further down/more spaced out, it's hard to explain in words. try studying the legs in this picture: [link]
In general, you did a pretty good job! this is a good reference sheet with a sophisticated design. well done!
I like the combination of hand and digital work. It fits together well. First of all, The feet aren't quite right. The near foot especially needs a third toe visible. The far foot seems kind of short too. Secondly, the inside of the hawk, or "heel" of the back foot, needs to be smoother and more curved. Also, the perspective one the face is a little off. The far eye is is kind of low. Either that, or the near eye is high. The far ear is a little too far back as well. It looks really great, though! The eyes really make it look wild.
